Mike and I wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts (and stomachs!) for the delicious food at our wedding rehearsal and reception. We knew the food would be nothing short of amazing, but some how you all still managed to exceed our wildest expectations. Our guests could not stop raving about the food!!! And the good news is, Mike and I managed to eat too! And...the good basket kept us and our families fed through Sunday and Monday! Also, we would be remiss without thanking Christina and Sarah specifically. Christina, thanks for helping plan the menus and for putting up with my crazy questions. Sarah, thank you for help setting up and then for helping to keep the events running smoothly. It would have been a mess without your help. So while words could never truly express our gratitude enough, THANK YOU a million times over!! You are all amazing!!

What can I say but thanks a million......it was perfect in every way! You all made it such a successful and delicious event. I heard everything from "those lamb chops were the best I have ever had" to "this is the best chicken salad I have ever had" to "the sausages wrapped in bacon were to die for!" I got lots of compliments like "you really know how to throw a great wedding"....but it is all you guys. People came back to my house on Saturday night and then again on Sunday.....not to see us but to eat the leftovers. One of my relatives was "dissecting" the Mediterranean salad (with the hummus) trying to figure out everything in it!! Anyway, it was just wonderful and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are always the best!

The relief of knowing that everything would be handled with class and care was such a huge relief! Everything was perfect, of course - but I knew it would be. Klassic Katering anticipated our every need and delivered an amazing meal. After working together by phone, email, and text, you were able to accomplish a great dinner that impressed all of our guests with hot and fresh food that was packed with flavor. Your staff at the event was helpful and available without being obtrusive. I enjoyed working with your company from the beginning because it was obvious in the planning stages that everyone was excited to plan a great menu and my happiness was paramount to your organization. That rapport increased my trust and comfort levels which decreased my stress as a hostess. I thought it was a nice touch to have the servers actually serving the buffet food instead of allowing guests to serve themselves. The tenderloins were cooked perfectly.
